WINE TECHNOLOGY: All the vines are very low yielded, 20% of them up to 6 clusters. The grapes are well matured; grape tops removed by seizers in beginning of August (at veraison). Two days of cold and 8 days of classic maceration. The wine is aged for 26 months in Slavonian and French oak barrique barrels (30% of new ones), controlled Manulactic fermentation and 12 months of active batonaging. No filtration before bottling.

WINE DESCRIPTION: Deep red color, reach round wine, matured aromas of riped forest fruit, dry plums and some jams, smoky notes, drinkable now but also suitable for some aging (4-6 years).
