TECHNOLOGY: All the vines are very low yielded. Very well matured
grapes of the selected marl-grown vines.
maceration a part of the must is taken away to concentrate the tannins
and colour. 10-12 days of classic maceration in stainless steel tank.
Aged for 18 months in new french oak barrique berrels Louis Latour.
Controlled Manolactic fermentation, 4 months of active batonaging.
No filtration before bottling.
Alc.: 15.5 vol. %
Sugar cont.: 3.3 g/L
Acid: 6.5 g/L
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 14-15°C
WINE DESCRIPTION: Red wine with rich aromas of riped forest fruit, dry
plums and jam. The wine is slightly tannic, but still very juicy and
fresh. It is matured, ready to be enjoyed today, but also suitable for
some aging (5-10 years).
FOOD AND WINE
Recommended to all kind of red meat, venison and some spicy dishes.
Best to be enjoyed in a good company.
